If you are not a producer but a seller or reseller of wine than Era Wines can help you source Brazilian wine from the quantities commercially available for sale in bulk form. This service can apply to wines at any price-point, but most often applies to economy lines and sometimes mid-range product. This service has particular relevance for marketing firms, or businesses in the hospitality industry that have an interest in developing their own labels or house wines.
This service is particularly useful for businesses in marketing or sales that have identified a particular market opportunity, and then want a product made to the right specification. The specifications could include variety, region, vintage and price. A consumer profile helps in determining an appropriate style (in addition to whether red, white, rose or fortified), within the specified parameters. Measurable wine attributes relating to style include level of alcohol and sweetness. More subjectively, whether the wine is to be full or lighter bodied, and general flavors attributes such as fruity, oak or savory.
Once the wine parameters have been defined, we can source the appropriate product, which might best be a blend from one or more suppliers, forward samples for initial approval by the client, then organize for processing, bottling, labeling, packaging, export approvals, and shipment.
Details of the arrangement are put into writing before a commitment is made to purchase any wine from a supplier and commencing the production process. Made by the champenoise method, this Chardonnay/Pinot
Noir sparkling wine, stays 18 months in contact with the
yeasts. The result is a good-looking product, with intense,
small and “lazy” bubbles. Has a very good aroma, showing
toasted bread, butter and something that remembers wood.
In mouth is smooth and soft, with a great presence, really
filling the mouth.

An Asti-looking sparkling wine. Low alcohol, intense aroma
and high sugar content. Has a greened color, with small and
intense bubbles. A flowered aroma, showing specially jasmin.
The taste is very equilibrated, with a good acidity and low
alcohol. Really easy to be drinked.

A selection of 2002’s best grapes, became this dark and
unique wine. With an intense ruby color and a vanilla and red
fruit aroma, remembers the Portuguese Port Wines. In mouth,
is tannic but still smooth. Has 18% of alcohol content, but
looks softer than that.

with notes of guava, tobacco and other fruits, show the high

The aroma of red fruits, specially cherry, spices and coffee, is
very intense and pleasant. The taste is intense, with smooth
tannins and a very “round” body. A great wine that shows the
style of Brazil’s best vintage ever.

Cordelier Reserva 2006
Chardonnay

The 2006 vintage is very famous in Brazil because of the high
quality wines. The Chardonnay was 2006’s 1st variety
received by Cordelier. The result is a wine with a clean and
soft yellow color and a typical brazilian Chardonnay aroma.
Pineapple, green apple, banana and butter are some
descriptions. In the mouth, a low-acidity and smooth body
complete the tasting.

Made only with grapes from Vale dos Vinhedos (Vineyards
Valley), this Merlot has a clean and intense violet-red color
that gives a very good aspect. The aroma is composed of red
fruits, coffee and a bit of butter. In mouth the tannins are
still a little aggressive, but even so, it is smooth and with a
good body.

This Merlot was made specially to become a pink wine. The
different winemaking methods gives to this wine a very fresh
and intense aroma, feeling cherry, jelly and a bit of butter.
Very smooth on the mouth, with a low acidity and good body,
that seems to be a sweet wine… and is not.

Granja União 2006
Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc is one of the most typical grape varieties in
Bento Gonçalves. This wine presents an intense red-violet
color, with a very fruity and delicate aroma. Remembers
mainly cherry and butter. This young wine aroma
characteristics can be felt on the mouth in combination with
smooth tannins and a soft body.
The Sweet Cabernet Franc is a wine with almost the same
characteristics of the regular Cabernet Franc plus a little
sugar addition.

Castelo Red Sweet

The Castelo’s wines are in the Cordelier’s popular product
line. The red Castelo is made with a selection of red labrusca
grapes, like Isabel, Bordô and Concord. Has a smooth red
color, with good bright and deeply clean. Its aroma is typical
of the labrusca varieties, showing red fruits. In mouth, has a
soft body but is smooth and tasty.
There is also a sweet red Castelo, witch has the same
characteristics of color and aroma but, with a sweet taste.

Castelo White Sweet

The white Castelo is a sweet wine witch is made mainly with
the labrusca Niagara grape. The color has a straw yellow
tone. Shows a good flowered aroma, typical from Niagara and
a smooth sweet taste.
